What services does Quest 4 Words provide?
· English/German tutoring at all levels, also for children/young adults with
learning difficulties (dyslexia, short-term memory problems, learning delays, etc.);
· English for expats: freelance work in the form of providing courses
English for children from 4 years up to adults in preparation for expatriation;
· Language guidance Dutch as a second language (NT2) for children and adults;
· Language services in the form of translations / editing of all kinds of texts in the
language combinations E-N/ N-E, D-E/ E-D, D-N/ N-D.
What personal data does Quest 4 Words collect?
Quest 4 Words collects your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.
· Personal data (e.g. name, address, place of residence, email address,
telephone number, name and IBAN of the account holder;
· Data necessary to support or guide the
students in question and/or to perform the services. This includes matters such as
specific learning difficulties, learning disorders such as dyslexia, attention and
concentration problems, learning deficits, etc.;
· The pupil's school details (name of school, level of education, name of
mentor/subject teacher, email address);
· In order to monitor pupils' progress, we take notes during lessons
and keep test results;
· Other personal data provided to us verbally, in correspondence and by telephone.

For what purposes are these collected?
· To provide a service (tutoring, language guidance, translation and
writing work;
· To be able to call and/or email you if necessary;
· To be able to send you information if you request it;
· For progress data as a basis for informing parents/clients;
· For processing invoices.
To whom does Quest 4 Words provide personal data?
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless with the express consent and/or request of the person concerned/customer or parents/guardians of minor students.
How long will your personal data be retained?
Personal data is retained for seven years. This is necessary for the provision of services, but also because, as a self-employed person, I am required to do so by the tax authorities.
View, change or delete data
You have the right to view, change, and/or delete your personal data at any time.
Personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
